We'd like to introduce our new blog by launching a series entitled "What We're Reading Now". From time to time we'll share a book in progress, some quotes we love, and upon completion of a book - a book review (hopefully!). As books are added to the HS&M Library we will also try to showcase new texts of special interest.

Cathy is working through "undivided" by Martha MacCullough. Cathy loves considering how our worldview influences the way we learn. It is her hope to integrate transformed worldview thinking into future EiC trainings. A favorite quote from the book: "...developing a biblically Christian worldview is the task of every Christian. We must evaluate our own worldview assumptions and beliefs by the standard of God's bigger story." (page 6)

Mark is currently captivated by "Teaching Redemptively" by Donovan Graham. Mark is stimulated by the challenge to all teachers "in any setting, public or private, secular or Christian, to teach redemptively - to employ biblical principles in all aspects of the educational process."
